Mission Valley

(92108)

The center of San Diego is Mission Valley, and the place where the native Indians settled centuries ago. Now, you’ll find famous shopping malls, Qualcomm Stadium (Chargers), two major universities, an array of hotels, big box stores, many restaurants, multi-family residences, and intersections to all major freeways in San Diego.

If you are looking for a central location where the rest of the city is only a short drive away, Mission Valley is your spot. Though with all of the famous brand shopping and services, familiar eateries, sports venues (Qualcomm and SDSU), movie theatres, golf courses, major hotel high-rises, and ample conference centers, why would you leave? The variety of restaurants in Mission Valley caters to families, sports enthusiasts, happy hour patrons, and even club goers.  Or, you could head east from the Valley where entertainment options include casinos, hiking trails, and the Julian Mountains – where snow falls five months out of the year.

Most residential real estate in Mission Valley is multi-family housing – condominiums, townhomes, and lofts. There are a handful of detached housing options as well. Because of the nearby schools, central location, and easy freeway access, rent-ability in this area is quite high.
