Sand & Sea Investments covers all of San Diego County as well as San Clemente, Laguna Beach, Corona Del Mar, and Newport Beach. We also cooperate with brokerage houses nationwide, as our short sale efforts reach every state and city.

As Broker of Record, Jeff Grant has been a proud resident of San Diego since graduating from the University of Arizona. His professional interest in real estate began soon after, and has been focused on providing his clients with service, hard work, integrity, and attention to detail ever since. He believes that his professional experience, marketing skills, networking ability, and technical know-how allow him to provide premium service to his clients in real estate and beyond.

Along with his many years of real estate experience, Jeff is also involved with serving the community through the Boys & Girls Club. His employment history includes Consulting for KPMG (Bearing Point), followed by six years as an Operations Manager for the PGA Tour, then onto the management team of an alternative investment fund based here in San Diego.
