About Erica Parsons

Erica was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She always had a strong interest in Real Estate. As a little girl, watching real estate shows and flipping the pages of real estate magazines was a favorite pastime. After high school, she attended Temple University for Real Estate, which led her to the City of Brotherly Love. Shortly after finishing her Real Estate courses, she was hired as a full-time assistant for Philadelphia’s top producing broker, “The Condo King”. Erica enjoyed the hustle of the city, showing luxury condominiums, multi-million-dollar properties, and writing deals. The energy around this business became the driving force for her career. California had always been a source of dreams for Erica, she always wanted to live in this beautiful state. When the world took a pause in 2020, Erica decided it was time to follow her dream and move to San Diego. She explored the city and beaches and quickly knew this would be her new home. In her downtime, you can find her hiking, sampling fine cuisine in all the area restaurants, and entertaining out of town family and friends. She loves attending sporting events, live music, dancing, and of course soaking up the sun on the gorgeous San Diego beaches. She is happy to be here in San Diego, exploring new territory!
